The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, with a beautiful park and lake nearby. The town hall is just a stone's throw away, providing a picturesque setting for walks and relaxation. it is conveniently close to the city centre, making it easy to explore all that the town has to offer.
There seems to be an ongoing issue with parking, as some guests were misled about the availability of parking spaces, causing inconvenience and frustration.

The location was perfect, facing a quiet courtyard and close to everything - the Christmas market, the park, and the main art galleries. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The staff were very pleasant, cute, and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with easy access to the metro system and attractions like the Landesmuseum and Neues Rathaus. The room was clean and well-tempered, and the bed was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was of high quality, and the service staff were friendly, fast, and helpful. The terrace outside was a great spot for enjoying breakfast or evening drinks.
I highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
